After a fantastic season building up and getting stronger and faster, Emily took on her longest swim. Coniston solo.

It was a great weather day, waved off by her swim partner in crime Emily "Mum", and with her usual beaming smile Emily set off from the jetty.

Emily another swimmer that followed a bespoke training plan, took the swim in her stride and absolutely loved the swim With Mum paddleboarding out to meet her at the swim end.

Emily swam her Coniston in 3 hours and 20 minutes, with a great big smile. She has a great year ahead with more training for her English Channel Relay
