Qswim Adventure are one of the leading swim guide companies in the UK with a successful track record of preparing swimmers to complete endurance swims from 400m to the English Channel (36km). Whether you are training for a solo or relay swim we can design the perfect training plan for you.


As fully qualified ASA , STA Swim Coaches , Channel Swimming Association approved coaches as well as BLDSA Observers, with over 30 years practical experience , we pride ourselves on creating dynamic training plans that deliver results and will get you in the best possible shape to achieve any goals you set.  Keeping you interested and challenged.


We personalise training plans to fit the individual however, a sample training plan for Coniston Water (5.5miles) might include an initial video analysis to check out your stroke, a progressive 8 week 'build-up' schedule of 3-4 sessions per week emphasizing technique and endurance development. A solo English Channel swim plan might involve regular video analysis sessions, progressive indoor, outdoor training sessions, open water 'milestone' swims, nutritional and land training support.
