Through one-to-one coaching, she helps swimmers build confidence, focus and resilience — equipping them to handle cold starts, long solo hours and the unpredictability of major endurance challenges. As Founder of The Performance Psychologist, she combines professional expertise with her own endurance background to support athletes pursuing ambitious goals.

Ocean Lube
Ocean Lube produces protective anti-chafe lubrication designed for long-duration swimming and endurance sports. It is built to perform in wet, salty and high-friction conditions. G-Plugs Swim & Surf Earplugs
G-Plugs designs specialist ear protection for swimming and surf, helping reduce water ingress and protect ears during regular cold and open-water swimming. Channel Swimming Association
