Its Not All About a Solo.
Its not all about a Solo.

May saw a very cool Windermere in the beginning, too cool for these 2 Channel Solo Wannabees to complete a Solo. The temperature was at 11 degrees on their planned dates, so a training day was organised instead.
The chance to practice swimming next to a boat and having a feed from a line. This duo, started in wetsuits so they could enjoy a decent stint in the water and then completed their day in skins. A challenging temperature even in a wetsuit.
We also saw Kieron and Glenda, jumping in to experience swimming down the middle of Windermere escorted by Gemini Warrior.
Kieron otherwise referred to as "orca" by his partner Glenda, was super excited and had a big grin on his face throughout his swim. Glenda admitted to getting in to look for her swim mojo.
