Team India Swims The English Channel

On 1st July Team India made their dream come true and successfully swam The English Channel in 14 hours and 55 minutes. A difficult journey with the restrictions of Covid, but they remained self-driven and determined.
After cold training swims, sea swims, overnight relays and a last-minute team change, this Fantastic Five fought their demons, dug deep, and got the job done.
Seals, jellyfish, sea sickness, and a whole heap of determination led to France, all while raising money for the RNLI.
Team India: Claire Owens, Angela Board, Rebecca Bones, Cate Sheldon and Emily Rowlands.
