Audrey's Coniston Solo

Audrey has a fabulous swim CV, always building herself up to a challenge or three over the season. With 6-hour qualifiers, an English Channel relay, Windermere, Ullswater, and winter swimming, this lady is very comfortable in the water.

Not a stranger to Uswim Adventure, Audrey came back to finish her season off with a "play day" in Coniston. The original plan was a double, but a solo swim ended up being the result after an old shoulder injury returned and caused pain.

Audrey made the sensible and correct decision to finish the swim just over 7 hours in. It was a breezy day on Coniston Water for sure.
