3 Lakes in 24 hours

Midnight on Thursday 25th August saw these 3 mates, take on a fabulous challenge and all raising money for Reubens Retreat. Jon and Chris set their mission, Coniston, Ullswater and Windermere in relay, with nothing but a cat nap in the car in between the journeys.

All 3 swims offered something different. From swimming in the jet black waters with nothing but the starry skies above, to the beautiful sun rises of Ullswater, this swim had it all.

Windermere was their final swim, swimming into Ambleside met by their supporters. What a fantastic team effort especially the land support who were on hand to drop swimmers and crew off letting them get a little rest.
